Perfect Hair Forever is an adult animated television show created by Mike Lazzo (one of the Adult Swim's Vice-Presidents), Matt Harrigan, and Matt Maiellaro (the co-creator of Aqua Teen Hunger Force) on Cartoon Network's late night programming block Adult Swim.
